Cosmote CHRONOS
Our team played a key role in the development of the Cosmote Chronos project, an innovative mobile application designed to bring the ancient Acropolis of Athens to life using cutting-edge technologies. This application utilizes augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and artificial intelligence (AI) to create an immersive, educational experience for users worldwide.
Unity Development Expertise
We led the development of the interactive 3D environments using Unity, focusing on creating scientifically accurate digital reconstructions of iconic Acropolis monuments like the Parthenon and the Temple of Artemis Brauronia. Our work involved optimizing these complex models to ensure smooth performance and visual fidelity across different devices, enabling both on-site and remote users to experience the Acropolis in its historical prime.
AI Integration
In addition to Unity development, we integrated advanced AI elements into the app, such as “Clio,” the digital tour guide powered by artificial intelligence. Clio provides real-time interaction, responding to user queries and offering detailed historical context about the monuments. By leveraging machine learning and natural language processing, our AI development efforts focused on enhancing user engagement and creating a dynamic educational tool that adapts to the needs of each user.
Our team’s combined expertise in Unity and AI development helped bring this project to life, making the rich history of the Acropolis accessible to a global audience and demonstrating how modern technology can revitalize cultural heritage.
