To celebrate the shared anniversary of 200 years of independence for both Panama and Greece in 2021, our team created an online art gallery, “Elogiando la Libertad – Hymning Freedom.” This virtual exhibition, organized by the Embassy and General Consulate of Panama in Greece, features works by one Panamanian and nine Greek artists who interpreted Panama’s journey to independence through their unique perspectives. The gallery reflects the deep historical ties between the two nations, symbolized by their mutual quest for freedom and independence, and is accessible online for global audiences to explore.
